The MQ Store offers a 15-day return and exchange policy so you can have a completely new and easy shopping experience at home. You may return or exchange any item within 15 days after receipt.

Important: Exchanges and returns will be processed only if the returned goods is unused, unwashed, and includes all original accessories such as tags, labels, and poly bags.

The consumer is responsible for paying the postage price for returns or exchanges.

1. What happens if I need to replace the product size?

• If the ordered size does not fit, return the product in its original packaging and tags.
• You will need to ship/deliver the packet to our office address. But first contact on our official mail.
• Once we receive the merchandise, we will deliver the replacement size (subject to availability).

Please be aware that this process may take 1-2 weeks.

2. What if I want to swap the merchandise for another product(s)?

• If you want to exchange a product, please return it in its original packaging and tags.
• You will need to ship/deliver the packet to our office address.
• We will ship the new products as we acquire them (depending on availability).

1. What if I wish to return my product?

• If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
•  send/courier us the product at our Office address (address will be provided at the time of return filed).
•  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.

2. How will I get My refund?

Cash Back: The consumer will get cash back in the account they provide for refund.

Note: Return or Exchange shipping fee is paid by the customer.
